for many, the actions of this life are death. we live to die.

we are born, and with vain thought we seek to secure ourselves before death, and beyond death we see not.

we follow a method of action passed down from our fathers, and without wisdom we adhere to a misguided pattern that shall destroy us.

we aim to get, until the getting is through. we aim to live in peace and die in peace, but there is no peace.

there is no peace in death for those who do not overcome the vain intrigues of this life, for life and peace are given to whom He desires. and He who gives desireth not to give unto those who do not believe that there is no death for those who do overcome.

our bodies will perish, but if we do not seek to understand, if we do not seek the way of truth, our souls will live on in torment.

the way of truth seems difficult, for there are far too many who do not choose it, and we must live amongst them.
